7:45 Program:  Dr. Ciro de Quadros, Executive Vice President, Sabin Vaccine Institute will be honored for his contribution to the eradication of Polio in the Americas.  Reverend Jessie Jackson, RainbowPUSH Coalition. Glenn Estess, Chairman of The Rotary Foundation.  Dr. James Czerwionka, District Governor, Rotary International District 6450.  Joseph Kagle, Chairman of Rotary Global History Fellowship 2007-2010.

the 100th Anniversary of Rotary International

and 25th Year of Rotary’s work to eradicate Polio.

$1500 per table of ten, includes a $500 donation

Join the campaign: 100 for $100 to END POLIO NOW 


All proceeds from the evening go to The Rotary Foundation END POLIO NOW Challenge Campaign to match a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation with the hope of eradicating polio worldwide.


Sponsorships available

Gold:  $1500 for a table of ten, includes a $500 donation, mentioned in evening program

Silver: $2500, also includes special seating and a banner in the ballroom

Platinum: $5000, in addition to above, participate in the program, printed on all materials, ROTARY/One website recognition
